Since 1994, Ohio Reproductive Medicine (ORM) has been providing families with optimal and quality infertility treatments and outcomes.
As central Ohio’s first, largest, and only IVF program of assisted reproductive technologies, it is a busy practice with 5 physicians with a total staff of over 30 people.
OFFICE COMMUNICATIONS CHALLENGES:
Practice Manager, Michelle Crane, was dealing with many telecom challenges including long outages which was impacting patient service.
“Our phones were going out for one to two days at a time and no one could help us. There was a lot of finger pointing between carrier and technology providers.
The phones are so critical to communicating with patients,” explained Michelle Crane, Practice Manager, Ohio Reproductive Medicine.
